About The Role

As the Sr. Director of B2B Product Marketing at Homes.com, you will be responsible for overseeing all performance marketing and product marketing initiatives, including email, programmatic, digital, and social channels.

You will work closely with the product development team to establish compelling go-to-market strategies for critical product launches and enhancements. Your role will involve leading the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive business growth and

enhance brand awareness. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance.

About You

You are a strategic and detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong background in managing product launches and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. Your expertise in conducting market research and competitive analysis informs your approach

to product positioning, value proposition, and differentiation. You excel at developing marketing strategies across critical audience segments and creating all necessary marketing materials to support internal teams and promote products externally.You have a keen ability to work with performance media and analytics teams to craft omnichannel measurement, optimization methodologies, and testing strategies. Your collaborative nature and analytical mindset enable you to drive impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Manage product launches and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, value proposition and differentiation.
• Develop marketing strategies across critical audience segments.
• Develop all marketing materials to support internal teams and promote products externally.
• Work with performance media and analytics to craft omni-channel measurement, optimization methodologies and testing strategies.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience overseeing performance marketing and product marketing initiatives, including email, programmatic, digital, and social channels.
• Proven ability to work closely with product development teams to establish compelling go-to-market strategies for critical product launches and enhancements.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing marketing teams.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effec
