Contract Duration: 24 Months
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Skills & Experience
• 12+ Years of experience in Java development (Coding, Unit Testing, Functional Automation) using Micro Services, Java Spring boot, REST API etc.
• Expertise in Java 11/17, object-oriented design and analysis, programming designs and design patterns.
• Should be able to work in a team of 10+ developers and build good rapport with various Scrum stakeholders and other interface developers both in India and US.
• Good experience in code management, build and deploy tools – Github, Jenkins and UDeploy
• Perform Back-end code reviews, writing unit test cases using Junit to achieve 80% code coverage.
• Should have strong working knowledge of building cloud native applications meeting 12/15 factor principles on Pivot Cloud Foundry (PCF) or Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and work directly with US partner teams.

What You Will Be Doing
• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
