Lead a team of back-end engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure systems.
Utilize expertise in Python, Golang, ETL processes, and SPARK to drive technical solutions and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment processes.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and promote growth.
