This is a full-time position, primarily day shift, but must be able to work evening shifts to meet the needs of both Urgent Care and Disease Managment departments. The position will have oversight of the Medical Center building, Disease Management Clinic, as well as Doctor's Urgent Care. This individual will be salaried at 32 hours per week, and reports to the Director of Emergency Services.
Responsibilities include:
Serves as a resource for Disease Management Clinic including charges, chart review, staff meetings, scheduling, PI/QI, staff performance appraisals, timecard approvals through Pay Serve, Midas, and staff competencies.
Completes the capital, FTE, and operational budgets for the Medical Center, Urgent Care, and Disease Management.
Serves as the building coordinator and implements emergency plans for the Medical Center operations. This includes snow removal, security, housekeeping, environmental concerns for the building.
Responsible for chart reviews, charges, staffing, staff meetings, PI/QI, policy and procedures, staff performance appraisals, time timecard approvals through Pay Serve, Midas, and staff competencies for the Urgent Care. Serves as a member on the Emergency/Doctor Care committee meeting. Responsible for covering staff call in's including weekends, as well as working with new provider onboarding.
