Job Title: Intake Customer Service Representative
Work Hours: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time (On-site working only; no remote work is available for this position.)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Customer Service Representative with a strong background in customer service to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our candidates, managing the intake process efficiently and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during the afternoon and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Engagement: Serve as the initial contact for candidates, answering inquiries, and providing information about the recruitment process and services offered.
• Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential candidates through cold calling to introduce them to job opportunities and gather essential information.
• Data Collection: Accurately collect and document candidate information, ensuring all required forms and documentation are completed.
• Record Management: Enter and maintain candidate information in our database, ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage candidate appointments, ensuring proper follow-up and communication.
• Issue Resolution: Address candidate concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline the intake process and ensure a smooth transition for candidates.
• Compliance: Ensure all candidate interactions and data handling comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Reporting: Generate reports on intake activities, candidate interactions, and any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
• Education: Associate’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Healthcare, or Social Services.(Required)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within a client-facing environment.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems (experience with CRM software is a plus).
• Ability to work independently, particularly during the 1-9 PM shift.
• High level of empathy, professionalism, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound communication strategies.
Working Conditions:
• Schedule: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 2:00PM - 10 PM, Monday through Friday
• Work Environment: On-site working only; no remote work is available for this position.
