• Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple locations within the region. This role requires a strong understanding of technical recruiting and the ability to effectively engage with candidates to meet our staffing needs. The Regional Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify their requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the region. - Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or ADP to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment. - Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. - Leverage Salesforce or similar tools for tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on hiring progress. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our processes. *Qualifications* - Proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of various roles within the industry. - Background in sales or human resources is preferred, demonstrating an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent interviewing skills with a keen eye for identifying top talent. - Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or ADP is highly desirable. - Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
