Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper & Admin to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who excels in managing financial records and providing administrative support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting our team’s operational needs.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting
• Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Intermediate MS Excel skills (pivot tables/VLOOKUP's): 5 years (Required)
