Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist/HR Business Partner at Gentell in Yardley, PA. The role will involve managing HR policies, employee benefits administration, and overseeing HR functions to support the organization's workforce. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be instrumental in driving our people strategy.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and offboarding.
• Providing HR advisory support to employees and managers on various HR policies and procedures.
• Performing benefits administration
• Administering leaves of absence: FMLA and WC
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Participating in other HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and efficiency.

Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
• Experience in benefits administration as an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Certification in HR or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources in generalist capacity.
• High proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
