Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement data science and analytics solutions for Amtrak.
Use expertise in data science and analytics to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency within the company.
Mentor and guide team members on best practices and techniques for data analysis and modeling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and systems to ensure accurate and efficient data collection, storage, and analysis.
Create and present reports and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ensure data integrity and security in all aspects of data processes and analysis.
