• Oversee Team of 5-10 Operations Personnel
• Support Incoming Customer Calls
• Operate New Customer Training
• Oversee Successful Processing of Billable Customer Support Jobs (Transaction Entry into Our System, Barcode Printing)
• Oversee Successful Processing of SaaS System (Online Web Portal System)
• Manage Customer Ticketing System for Transaction Errors and Customer Support Requests
• Improve Customer Experience

• Optional : Oversee New Customer Onboarding Group (3 Additional People plus Supervisor)
The Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher
• Experience Managing Staff
• Good Communications Skills
• Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities
• Ability to Commute or Willingness to Relocate to Nassau County
• Available to Work Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
