What you'll be working on
• Conducting market research on AI capabilities and use cases across industries
• Evaluating the viability and potential of developing an in-house AI unit
• Strategizing the optimal structure, resources, and goals of the AI unit
Responsibilities
• Developing a strategic roadmap and implementation plan for building the AI unit
• Recommending technologies, tools, and potential partnerships/acquisitions
• Providing guidance on recruiting AI talent and building a high-performing team
• Creating benchmarks and KPIs to measure the AI unit's progress and business impact
Requirements
• Advanced degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience developing or advising on AI strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience evaluating new technology initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
