The job of Program Specialist is done for the purpose/s of providing secretarial and technical support to assigned administrators and department staff; creating, compiling and distributing materials and reports; The Program Specialist for our business office's accounts payable team is primarily responsible for processing invoices, employee procurement card reconciliation, and payments to vendors. This is a union-represented position.
