Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer specializing in custom GPT models and advanced prompt engineering. The ideal candidate will assist in creating sophisticated AI tools tailored to our company's specific needs and enhance personal productivity at the executive level. This is a contract position with work on an as-needed basis. Availability during Pacific Time Zone hours for meetings is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom GPT models and advanced prompts for various applications, including:
- Scoring resumes, job applications, and interview transcripts based on an evolving, company-specific rubric.
- Comparing call center transcripts to provided agent frameworks and outlines.
- Analyzing Zoom transcripts from online courses against the corresponding lesson plans.
- Building analytics for datasets combined from disparate sources.
- Handle high-volume data processing efficiently and accurately.
- Create personalized AI solutions to enhance CEO & COO productivity.
- Collaborate remotely and communicate effectively to understand project requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and updates to AI models and prompts as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AI development, specifically with custom GPT models and prompt engineering.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with OpenAI's GPT technology and API integration.
- Demonstrated ability to process and analyze large volumes of data efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Ability to meet and collaborate during Pacific Time Zone hours.
