The Axel Group is a full-service staffing and recruiting firm that focuses on recruiting top talent. This position will be responsible for the identification and screening of talent, taking the recruited candidate from the initial screening call through job interviews and placement. The recruiter will have access to our proprietary software, ATS, as well as other resources to find and screen talent. We pride ourselves on equipping our employees with industry leading technology as well as providing a comprehensive training program to all new hires!

The position offers a base salary with an uncapped commission structure!
Responsibilities:
• Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.
• Screen and interview potential candidates
• Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain ATS
• Implement company culture, values and policies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with internal employees and candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
