Job Description:
We are seeking an Experienced Fiction Writer to join our in-person team. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with us to create an engaging book series. Your responsibilities will include:
Book Series Development:
• Work closely with the lead writer to outline the overarching plot, character arcs, and themes for the series.
• Craft compelling chapters that maintain consistency across multiple books.
• Collaborate on world-building, ensuring a rich and immersive experience for readers.
Writing and Editing:
• Write original content for the series, adhering to established guidelines.
• Edit and revise existing material to enhance coherence, style, and readability.
• Contribute fresh ideas and twists to keep readers eagerly turning the pages.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
• Proven Experience: A track record of writing engaging fiction, whether through published works, personal projects, or other avenues.
• Passion for Storytelling: A genuine love for creating fictional worlds, characters, and intricate plots.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work harmoniously within a team, accepting feedback and contributing constructively.
• Attention to Detail: Strong editing skills and an eye for consistency.
• In-Person Availability: This position requires you to work on-site at our location.
