Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a knack for generating demand and driving revenue? We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our efforts in coordinating and executing high-impact demand-generation campaigns, specifically targeting our high-value prospective clients through personalized strategies in collaboration with our enterprise sales team.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the creation and implementation of highly strategic multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, focusing on one-to-one accounts. This involves highly tailored plans for each key account, crafting compelling offers, coordinating events, and developing innovative programs. Leveraging a data-driven approach, you will analyze insights to optimize strategies and enhance campaign performance.

Working hand in hand with various teams across BILL, you will orchestrate end-to-end campaigns aimed at fueling pipeline growth, facilitating closed business deals, and maximizing platform utilization for our largest customers.

What you'll be doing
• Create and execute impactful ABM campaigns and events that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts, including 1:1 and 1:few, to help achieve business revenue goals.
• Day-to-day efforts will include account-based strategy, sales development cadences, hosted events, direct mail, content syndication, digital marketing, email, and 6sense.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and ROI of ABM campaigns, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee the use of ABM technology stack (e.g., 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce) for your segment and ensure it is effectively integrated and leveraged across campaigns.
• Develop and deliver training materials or workshops for sales teams to ensure they are fully equipped to engage with target accounts effectively.
• Define target lists of high-value accounts in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and sales leadership to optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and lead flow tracking; ensuring effective prioritization and enablement.
• Work closely with content teams to develop assets specifically tailored for ABM campaigns, such as case studies, whitepapers, or video content that resonates with high-value accounts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to inform ABM initiatives and keep campaigns relevant and competitive.
• This role may include participating in marketing-related events, including representing BILL at trade shows and other activities as needed, researching events, pre and post-event marketing, booking and setting up for events, arranging travel, and overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets.

• 8 years of work experience in marketing with a focus on B2B environments.
• Proven track record with account-based marketing initiatives or targeted vertical campaigns
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using digital tactics, events, webinars, direct mail, and email - having to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Deep understanding of pipeline management, sales metrics, and how to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to drive revenue growth.
• Strong track record of partnering with B2B sales development representatives (SDRs) and direct sales teams to achieve account penetration and expansion.
