Perform a variety of diagnostic tests and analyses using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques.
Accurately record and report test results to healthcare providers for proper patient diagnosis and treatment.
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable laboratory testing.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Continuously update knowledge and skills in laboratory techniques, procedures, and technology.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and data.
Monitor and order laboratory supplies and equipment as needed.
Train and supervise new laboratory staff members as necessary.
Participate in quality assurance and quality control measures to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
Stay current with industry developments and advancements in medical technology and laboratory procedures.
Follow all ethical and legal guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
