SaaS Compliance is executing a multi-year transformation to redefine how compliance is executed in an innovation focused culture. We are going to move from audit and point in time assessments to a continuous compliance leveraging AI and implementing technical observability of key systems to minimize the time to detect non-compliance. We are defining the future of compliance in the tech industry.

The Chief of Staff will be a core member of the SaaS Compliance leadership team, reporting to the GVP, Chief Compliance Officer for SaaS. Their work will enable companies and governments to move regulated data into Oracle’s SaaS products with confidence in the security of their information, the availability of the services, and the rapid response and resolution of incidents.

This role will manage the rhythm of the business for the GVP, drive key initiatives and programs across the finish line, and facilitate success through solid working relationships across Oracle SaaS with a globally distributed team. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who can take initiative and drive accountability while building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and stakeholders in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity. As a member of the leadership team, this role will be working with global SaaS leaders across multiple functions to develop, implement and manage development and operational processes, systems, reports, and strategies to meet company-wide and organizational goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Operations: You will drive the rhythm of the business, including reviews, leadership meetings, strategy sessions while thinking holistically and strategically about key business processes, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational communications.
• Strategic Initiatives: You will participate in the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives. You will be responsible to track the delivery against plans, developing KPIs and success metrics where required.
• Process Improvement: You will take a data and metrics-driven approach to consistent, iterative improvement, identifying, driving and tracking the progress of process and tooling improvement initiatives.
• Force Multiplier: Success is dependent on cross-functional and cross-organization relationships; good relationships start with empathy and trust. You will identify stakeholder relationships to build and effectively partner with to facilitate the success of your role and the organization’s mission.
• Culture and People: You will work closely with HR and the leadership team to identify, analyze, develop and execute strategies to improve team health and morale as indicated by employee feedback, from personal observation, or other employee listening systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and drive executive reporting packages for tracking and managing the progress of the SaaS Compliance Transformation.
• Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to create a Training Program for SaaS Compliance and drive adoption.
• Own programs that drive SaaS Compliance culture and employee trust via Award Programs, Communications Programs such as All Hands Meetings, and other team engagement programs.
• Implementing best practiced programs across the global Compute organization that include incident management, problem management, change management, and drive iterative improvement of software and processes.

Minimum Skills And Experience
• BSc in MIS or Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of program managing large globally div
