Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies that maximize internet TV sales for retail partners
Connect with retail partners to discuss their needs and explain the features and benefits of internet TV products
Maintain a deep understanding of the internet TV landscape and stay informed of industry trends
Ensure customer satisfaction with product selection and purchase decisions
Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve issues
Develop and follow company policies and procedures related to internet TV sales
Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
Manage inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products
Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Track and report sales data and opportunities for improvement
