About the Team Packaged Content Strategy team supports the services consulting eco-system in ensuring efficiency through streamlined, focused, and standardized materials. About the Role The role is new, and unique, as it will require skills across Content Management, Strategy, Communication, People Management and Program Management. We are looking for the successful candidate to:
Create a new content strategy/content types for packaged delivery (covering Workday's targeted delivery approaches, countries & industries) Establish and leverage partnerships with Global Program Management, Consulting Services and Solution Enablement Create and manage governance processes to support creation of new content, and update of existing content Build a team to sustain successful packaged content as Workday grows into a 10 billion dollar company Migrate existing content to new strategy and facilitate the retirement of old content Own the content tagging strategy to benefit search within Workday properties and influence reporting used to drive content strategy optimization decision About You Basic Qualifications At least 2
years People leadership experience At least 7
years of experience in online content strategy Strong collaboration and personal leadership skills with ability to drive cross-project alignment Strong communicator able to synthesize and communicate content strategy among and external partners Ability to use data analysis, user research, benchmarking, and content audits to facilitate content decisions and deployment Ability to perform detailed content analysis and gap analysis with supporting documentation Strong time management and attention to detail Understanding of content strategy standards, and ability to train others Knowledge of content management systems, content analytic tools and vendor selection Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
