Winter Co-op 2025 – UI/UX Designer – Frisco, TX

As a Winter Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. The primary objective of this internship is to improve the overall user experience of Power BI reports by integrating user feedback into the design process. The intern will observe and interview users to gain insights into their interactions with the reports, propose design changes based on this feedback, and ensure that the redesigned reports are consistent with KDP style guides. This will result in more intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing reports that better meet user needs and expectations.

Shift/Schedule:
• The KDP 2025 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 6 - May 23, 2025
• Full-time; 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am until 5:00pm 
• Hybrid role

As a Winter Co-op you will gain exposure to:
• Improve overall user experience of Power BI reports by integrating user feedback into the design process
• Observe and interview users to gain insights into their interactions with the reports
• Propose design changes based on user feedback
• Ensure redesigned reports are consistent with KDP style guides
• Result in more intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing reports that better meet user needs and expectations

Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include:
• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
• Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
