Job Summary
SHI is looking for an AnaplanSolutionsArchitect &Model Builder to join our growing Finance team. This full-time position willbe responsible forrequirements building,designing, developing, testing, and implementingAnaplan models. Individuals wouldleadthe successful delivery of AnaplanIncentive Compensation and Territory & Quotamodels through the application to SHI end-users.
This position will report to our Director of Transformation is required to report to the SHI Somerset, NJ office location.

Responsibilities
I_ _nclude, but are not limited to:
- Build and evaluate business requirementsandconsult with stakeholders to ensure model design reflects business needs.
- Design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan solutions.
- Build andmodifyexisting models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
- Create andmaintainreporting analysis dashboards.
- Create andmaintainUIdashboards for administrators and end-users.
- Partner withcross-functional teams to understand existing Excel models and translate them into efficiently built, dynamic,connected Anaplan models where information can be shared across the organization.
- Drive new or enhanced Anaplan implementations,upgrades,and integrations.
- Configure andmaintainAnaplan lists, modules, dashboards,actions,and other model settings.
- Review, assess,and triage issuesidentifiedby End Users and perform root cause analysistoidentifyand buildsolutions
- Own Anaplan requirements backlog, system architecture, access management,configuration,and integration.
- Engage internal L&D teams on Change Management material from Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Minimum 3+ years working as an Anaplan Model Builder
- Direct experience with new UX and dashboarding functionality
- Deep understanding of data structure&integration
- Participatedin data integration and migrationsolutions.
- Participatedand lead UATtestinganddeploymentpreferred
- Knowledge ofincentive compensation, quota and territory, and sales performance processespreferred
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel

Certifications Required
- Certified Anaplan Model Builder
- CertifiedMasterAnaplannerCertificationpreferred
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
