Peak Workforce Solutions is looking for an individual who is very knowledgeable and skilled in the use of Microsoft Access, Spreadsheets, and Office. Must be able to work independently. Also, you must be able to pay attention to detail and be able to multitask.
Recruiting/Staffing experience is preferred but will train if necessary. Sources, screens, interviews, and on-boards candidates according to client needs and established procedures. Understands clients positions to match candidates to job openings. Having prior recruiting experience in manufacturing, light industrial, logistics, or distribution worker skill sets is a STRONG PLUS! Some overtime required. Pay is $12-$14/hour based on experience.
Requirements:
• High School diploma
• Minimum one year experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR
• Experienced in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Office
