Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Professional Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals - Greenville SC in Greenville, SC. The Professional Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings. They will also conduct interviews, negotiate job offers, and provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Experience with social media recruitment strategies
