• Job Overview* We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a retail pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service. *Responsibilities* - Prepare medications by counting, pouring, labeling, and packaging pharmaceuticals - Assist pharmacist in filling medication orders for patients - Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations - Provide exceptional patient service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Utilize medical terminology and specialized techniques in daily tasks *Skills* - Certification as a Pharmacy Technician - Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care processes - Familiarity with medical terminology - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
