About The Role

Currently, we are seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our growing team in order to support our project in Timmins, ON. The key responsibilities of a Project Administrator include, but are not limited to:
• Daily timekeeping and weekly payroll entries
• Assisting with workforce onboarding, planning, and scheduling
• Scheduling site specific training needs for workforce
• Performing clerical duties as per direction of supervisor/manager
• Assisting Supervisors/Superintendent as required
• Assist in planning of current and upcoming work for the project as well as site forecasting
• Manpower scheduling
• Conducting safety card and pre-operational audits
• Assist with expense reporting, new employee on-boarding, renewing training records using Cognibox and coverall management

Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration is preferred
• Previous experience with data entry is an asset
• Knowledge and understanding of mining processes is an asset
• Must have demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Committed to working in a team environment
• Committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
• Ability and willingness to go underground for site visits if required
• Must be local to Timmins, ON

Schedule
• Flexible schedule options
• Monday to Thursday, 10 hour shifts. OR
• Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts
