Develop and implement effective strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Lead the implementation of new account initiatives, ensuring they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Oversee the account management team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful client interactions.
Monitor and analyze account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for growth and innovation within the account management process.
Manage and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the transportation industry and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Provide regular reports to senior management on account management performance, progress, and challenges.
Conduct regular training and development sessions for the account management team to improve their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support new business development initiatives.
Ensure all account management processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline the account management process.
