My client is looking for data engineer with proven experience on Databricks to build their data platform with the rest of team.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain the company's data platform and solutions.
- Design and automate data pipelines, models, and schemas.
- Monitor and optimize ETL/ELT processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements.
- Ensure data quality through profiling and validation.
- Evaluate and implement data tools for user needs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of data engineering experience.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience with Azure Databricks or Synapse.
- Skilled in PySpark, Python, R, Java, or Scala.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
