Description of the role:
As a Trade up Specialist at Capital Automotive Group, you will be responsible for assisting customers in trading up their vehicles. You will work closely with customers to determine their trade-in value and educate them on the benefits of trading up. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate customers' trade-in vehicles and determine their value
• Assist customers in selecting a new vehicle that meets their needs and budget
• Explain the benefits of trading up to customers, including saving money on maintenance and depreciation
• Negotiate with customers to achieve the best possible trade-in value
• Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate the trade-in process
Requirements:
• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
