What You'll Do:
• Contact members of various health plans by phone to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
• Make 50 outbound calls per hour using automated dialing system
• Present a professional and positive approach to clients and team members
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals
• Reschedule and cancel appointments as needed
• Report member complaints and escalations
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy guidelines
We Need Someone With:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
• Previous outbound call center or high volume experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
Work From Home Requirements:
To qualify, you must have reliable internet with 10MB upload/download ability. The company will provide equipment, but applicants must have their own quiet workspace.
