Estate Services is a specialized organization providing high-touch service to our clients and the advisors that serve them. This role focused on answering incoming calls from clients and internal associates who need assistance in resolving Estate/Divorce issues pertaining to Schwab accounts. You will create an outstanding, expert experience to clients to build and maintain client loyalty.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

Skills
• 2+ years operational experience in legal or financial services (brokerage, banking, legal/paralegal, or research)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
• Ability to empathize and respond sensitively to clients
• Ability to make difficult decisions in unique situations
• Display professionalism across all settings

Responsibilities
• Proactively deliver unparalleled value and service to clients

• Utilize active listening and relationship building skills to assess client needs
• Engage clients to inspire asset retention and consolidation
• Assess and demonstrate ownership to resolve complex client issues
• Navigate escalated inquiries and grey areas effectively

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related area (relevant work experience considered)
• Active Series 7 & 63 licenses preferred but not required
• Ability to learn, apply and retain new information and skills
• Ability to produce high-quality work and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
