Roles & Responsibilities

General
• Using the Store Staffing Report and Vacant Store Manager data to determine regional needs.
• Day-to-day management of Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to time-to-hire, employee retention/turnover rates, fill percentage to open positions and weekly hires onboarded.
• Actively promote candidate flow to job requisitions leveraging various recruiting methods (online and in-person events, job boards, applicant pools, talent leads, etc.)
• Reporting personal performance weekly as assigned (I.e., number of hires, new recruiting sources, number of assisted hires).
• Weekly reporting to Regional Operations Director and District Managers of openings and staffing result in writing and during Region District Manager meetings.
• Sending invitations and monitoring attendance of store-level team member invitations to the Regional Director of Operations Meet & Greet Sessions every other week through the end of the fiscal year.

Store Staffing
• Assisting Store Managers in managing store requisitions and applicant flow by reviewing store requisitions, closing requisitions older than 60 days, ensuring active candidates in-process are hired and others are dispositioned prior to closing.
• Opening new requisitions as stores have hiring needs, with you as the recruiter on the req.
• Completing in-person or virtual interviews, hiring store-staff-level positions, and coordinating onboarding scheduling with the Store Manager, as needed.
• Make first contact with candidates within the first 24 to 72 hours of them applying.
• Coordinating the scheduling of in-person interviews between candidates, Store Managers and/or Market Managers.

Store Manager in Training (MIT) Staffing
• Partnering with District Managers (DM) in posting open MIT positions to paid external job boards while managing cost.
• Screening MIT applicants and making candidate recommendations to DMs (who will schedule their selections for RDO interview and approval prior to hire).
• Supporting DMs onboarding of MITs and transitioning them to Training Store and MyJourney.

We’d also love it if you have:
• Retail store management experience
• Experience with Workday recruiting
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing experience
• High School Diploma and/or College Degree(s)
