Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter/Outside sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and be adept at sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This position requires 75% recruitment and 25% outside sales.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize various recruitment methods to attract candidates

· Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

· Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding

· Assist with employee relations, orientation, and internal recruiting efforts

· Identify and establish contact with potential customers

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers

· Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to secure profitable deals.

· Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues.

Experience:

· Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment

· Familiarity with sales techniques and cold calling

· Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations

· Proven track record of successful sales experience

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and effectively convey product knowledge and benefits.

· Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

· Highly organized with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

· Must have a high school diploma or GED

· 2 years or more experience as a recruiter

· Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

· Must have a clear MVR

· Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
