The Full Stack Engineer/Developer will play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of L&M Healthcare’s cloud-based speaker tracker and reporting system software. This proprietary software was developed to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical industry’s peer-to-peer event management. You will consistently deliver robust solutions that address complex challenges that drive business success.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with L&M Healthcare’s management staff, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable software solutions
• Cloud setup/management
• Design and implement front-end and back-end components of our software platform, ensuring high performance, reliability, and usability
• Develop interactive user interfaces and data visualization tools that provide actionable insights derived from meeting event data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality and best practices.
Qualifications
• [Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a full stack software developer, with expertise in front-end and back-end development
• Proficiency and solid understanding in Perl, Mod_perl, Masonry, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apache, Postgres, AWS Services (S3, ECS, SES, RDS)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
