Who We Need:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing with a specialized focus on brand marketing, direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies, public relations (PR), and social media. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop and execute brand-building initiatives, drive customer acquisition and retention through direct channels, and manage the company’s public image and social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and PR.

What You Will Do:
• Formulate and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to build and sustain brand equity, awareness, and affinity.
• Define and reinforce brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity consistently across all marketing channels.
• Leverage market research and consumer insights to refine and innovate brand strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design targeted marketing campaigns to acquire and convert customers via digital channels, including e-commerce platforms, social media, email, and influencer partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance the company’s public image and stakeholder relations.
• Oversee the management of PR campaigns, press releases, media inquiries, and crisis communications with strategic finesse.
• Craft and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy to amplify brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty.
• Direct the creation and curation of compelling content tailored for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to optimize reach and impact.
• Oversee the design and implementation of cohesive marketing campaigns that align with overarching brand and DTC objectives.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure unified execution across all marketing efforts.
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, inform strategic decisions, and maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute sophisticated strategies to attract, acquire, and retain customers, optimizing customer lifetime value.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, segmentation opportunities, and personalization tactics.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product development, sales, and customer service teams, to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand marketing, DTC strategies, PR, and social media.

What You Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand marketing and DTC strategies.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic brand campaigns and DTC initiatives.
• Deep expertise in building integrated marketing campaigns, PR, and social media management.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for building and evolving brands.
