Job Description:
• Consistent experience in White Glove Support for senior executives.
• Managing multiple devices and conference rooms,
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting.
• Crestron certification is preferred.
• Support and troubleshoot Apple devices (Apple TVs, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs)
Responsibilities:
• Support our internal design engineers on a project-by-project basis
• Design and oversee audio visual system throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining wiring diagrams, schematics, and elevations.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the correct hardware is sourced and maintained.
• Identify trends in support operations to proactively prevent problems and develop processes to resolve.
• Take corrective actions to solve problems in a timely manner with minimum impact to the user.
• Support and troubleshoot Apple devices (Apple TVs, iPads, MacBooks, iMacs)
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and be adaptable to change in work and priorities .
Key Qualifications:
• 5+ Years in enterprise/corporate/commercial audio-visual system design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with macOS, Linux, Pages, Numbers, Excel, etc..
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and modeling is strongly preferred
• Strong Experience with major industry manufacturers including Extron, Crestron, Cisco, etc.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and root cause AV systems issues.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/projects
• Strong aptitude for logical and strategic thinking.
• High attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience in IT network communications.
• Great interpersonal skills. Able to interface with colleagues and customers
• Must be highly energetic, well organized and responsible.
• Must be able to track projects in detail with a focus on accurate deliverability dates
