Summary
Pin-Up Marketing is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our growing team! This is a full-time, work from home position. We are owned and operate in the Kansas City, MO area, and local residence is preferred.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for a range of activities in the digital and social media space. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented and who can stay up to date with all the latest social media and digital media marketing practices and trends and is able to monitor engagement and measure success. The Social Media Manager must be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of the company. A successful candidate will be an integral member of our team responsible for a wide variety of digital media duties, both managing a small team as well as getting involved in the work themself. This position requires flexibility, organization, team management, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meet crucial deadlines, as well as the ability to produce solid results.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
o Build, define, and manage the execution of the social media strategy for Pin-Up and Pin-Up Marketing’s clients.
o Develop Monthly social media calendars which include engaging content for various marketing channels, including Facebook, IG, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
o Manage a small team of social media strategists to ensure planned posts are created, scheduled, quality checked, and deployed on schedule.
o Assist in the collection/creation of social media content with occasional on-site visits.
o Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
o Export and review social media analytics for monthly performance reports and build future strategy based on performance results.
- Paid Media Management:
o With the support of our dedicated SEM Consultant, ensure successful implementation of campaign activities on a wide range of platforms including display, social, SEM and more.
o Be the in-house expert for escalated questions about campaign planning, execution, troubleshooting, and more.
o Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree, four years of college, specialized professional training or equivalent experience
· 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management and 1+ years of experience in SEM Management
· Google Ads Certification preferred
· Meta Commerce Manager Experience preferred
· Solid data analysis skills and the ability to identify actionable insight
· Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
· Good organizational skills, ability to manage tasks, complete projects and willingness to accept responsibility for multiple assigned tasks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Excellent Proofreading and editing skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Web graphics experience with Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier pro and Acrobat), as well as Canva is highly desirable.
- Shopping ads experience a PLUS

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
