Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Review: Monitor and evaluate usergenerated content including text images and videos to ensure compliance with our policies and guidelines.
• Moderation: Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content swiftly and accurately.
• Reporting: Document and report any trends issues or feedback to help improve our moderation processes and community standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to provide insights and contribute to the development of moderation strategies.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Apply your understanding of Italian culture to make informed moderation decisions and ensure culturally relevant content management.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in Italian: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian are essential.
• English Proficiency: Good command of English to interact with international colleagues and for documentation purposes.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate content effectively.
• ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to handle complex situations and make quick decisions.
