Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have exceptional public relations skills, a robust professional network, and a proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients. This role is critical in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients within various industries, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to generate leads.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and provide insights to the team.
• Client Onboarding: Oversee the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong start to the partnership.
• Public Relations: Utilize your public relations expertise to enhance the company's visibility in the market, attending industry events and networking opportunities.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, ensuring transparency and accountability in all sales activities.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales within the staffing industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Network: Strong professional network within the industry, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring and onboarding new clients, with references to support achievements.
• Public Relations: Experience in public relations or marketing, with the ability to effectively promote the company and its services.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
