Compensation and Benefits
• Salary Range: \(123,318 - \)172,645 (Compensation could be higher based on education, experience, and skill sets)

Responsibilities
• Partner with physicians to develop clinical training and education content
• Build programs to establish proficiency and competency of Neuro Techs and Nurses
• Drive new product launch strategies emphasizing product performance
• Engage with physicians for peer-to-peer initiatives and physician events
• Assist in building lasting strategies for physician engagement and KOL development
• Develop and implement training content for internal employees
• Lead execution of training programs and track their effectiveness
• Oversee dissemination of scientific materials
• Negotiate sponsorship contracts and maintain compliance with regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with ten (10+) years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with eight (8+) years of experience
• Minimum five (5) years of medical device experience in a customer-facing role
• Minimum of three (3) years of management responsibility
• Experience developing and implementing programs to grow business
• Experience working across functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field
