Responsibilities
• Handle inbound service calls for clients
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and AMS text
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about insurance products, limitations and exclusions
• Work with insurance carriers to meet customer's needs
Qualifications
• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Property and Casualty licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania - the addition of the Life, Accident and Health licence is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
