We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive customer acquisition through SaaS software bookings and ARR growth within targeted Biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and CRO/CDMO accounts. This remote position prefers candidates located on the East Coast and requires frequent travel to target accounts in North America and EMEA, as well as to our offices in Boston (USA) and Woking (UK).

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is \(120,000-\)140,000, with the possibility of adjustments based on experience. This position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Skills
• Proven track record of closing new enterprise SaaS deals (>$1M ARR)
• 8+ years of senior sales experience in complex sales cycles (12–18 months)
• Experience engaging C-Suite decision-makers to close multi-million-dollar SaaS deals
• Ability to deliver against sales targets and execute strategic plans
• Understanding of challenges and opportunities in the R&D or manufacturing lifecycle in BioPharma
• Experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences sales is a plus
• Knowledge of the Challenger sales methodology is a plus
• Scientific background in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or Process Engineering is a plus
Responsibilities
• Forge executive relationships and drive growth in key customer accounts
• Deliver world-class commercial planning and execution aligned with company strategy
• Engage with key stakeholders within existing and target accounts
• Lead cross-functional teams to win and expand customer accounts
• Drive new logo acquisition and ARR expansion in top-tier accounts
• Deliver accurate forecasting and timely delivery of new business bookings
Qualifications
• Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers at the C-Suite level
• Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and driving strategic initiatives
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience Requirements
• 8+ years of senior sales experience
• Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the BioPharma sector
• Experience in engaging large strategic accounts
