Job Title: Lead IT Analyst

Job Summary: The Lead IT Analyst will oversee and drive IT analysis and solution development efforts to support the organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves leading a team of IT analysts, managing complex IT projects, and providing strategic insights to enhance IT systems and processes. The Lead IT Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that IT solutions align with business needs and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of IT analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development to ensure high-quality analysis and effective solution delivery.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and solutions to address complex business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and oversee IT projects, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and progress monitoring, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
• Design and oversee the implementation of IT solutions, including software applications, infrastructure enhancements, and system integrations.
• Analyze and optimize IT systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on IT project status, system performance, and strategic initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance IT capabilities and support business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices, including data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in IT.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in IT analysis, system design, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading IT projects and teams.
• Expertise in IT systems and tools, including knowledge of software applications, databases, and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing talent.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of IT systems, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to IT systems and operations.
• Proven ability to drive strategic IT initiatives, manage change, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
