Overview:The Account Executive will assist with recruiting, overseeing, and managing our temporary and temp-to-hire construction, commercial and light industrial personnel for our clients.
Responsibilities:Every morning at the job site you are meeting with the Superintendent and ensuring your team of personnel is set up for successAssisting the Account Managers and building upon relationships with our clientsNetworking with clients at lunches and social outingsSourcing and recruiting personnel for various construction and/or light industrial projectsConducting phone and in-person interviews with candidatesCompany cell phone providedCore hours of operation: Monday – Thursday 7AM-4PM, Friday: 7AM-3PM
Requirements:Bilingual in SpanishPrior experience in staffing and recruiting is a plusMust be outgoing, personable, a flexible team player and leaderProficient in Microsoft Office
