• Hiring range in Seattle, WA and New York, NY: \(118,000 to \)158,200 per year
• Hiring range in Bristol, CT and Santa Monica, CA: \(112,600 to \)151,000 per year

Skills
• 3+ years of product management experience with digital analytics
• Proficiency in MarTech platforms within an agile environment
• Strong technical aptitude for digital analytics and tag management tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and product teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
Responsibilities
• Gather, define, and implement analytics requirements for ESPN’s digital products
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across various functions
• Support cross-functional teams in implementation and validation processes
• Lead relationships with external measurement partners (Adobe, Nielsen, Comscore)
• Resolve blockers and manage multiple competing priorities
Qualifications
• Proven experience in product management and digital analytics
• Experience with tag management systems
• Strong understanding of how to structure user engagement data
• Ability to interact intelligently with technical and non-technical teams
