Job Description:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in both forecasting and generative AI technologies.
• The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in time series analysis, advanced machine learning, deep learning techniques, and a robust experience in building ML solutions on AWS.
• Additionally, proficiency in generative AI models and cutting-edge techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LangChain is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Forecasting & Data Science:
• Rapidly experiment, develop, and implement advanced forecasting models for demand or sales forecasting.
• Apply time series analysis, statistical methods, and machine learning algorithms to build accurate and scalable forecasting solutions.
• Design and develop global forecasting models incorporating economic, demographic, historical trends, and other relevant factors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with data engineers to deploy and integrate forecasting solutions into production systems.
• Conduct thorough evaluation and validation of forecasting models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay current on advancements in forecasting techniques, machine learning algorithms, and cloud technologies.
• Generative AI & Advanced Technologies:
• Design, implement, and maintain advanced generative AI models using Python and LlamaIndex, including techniques such as RAG to enhance model performance.
• Integrate LangChain for advanced language understanding and processing to deepen the integration of generative models with natural language processing tasks.
• Develop and manage sophisticated indexing systems and utilize vector databases for efficient handling of high-dimensional linguistic data.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of generative AI technologies into products and services.
• Work with cloud AI services such as Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI Studio to build, deploy, and scale AI solutions, ensuring they meet standards for robustness and efficiency.
• Remain at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly in generative models, language understanding, RAG, and vector databases, to enhance AI offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Candidate's Profile:
Education:
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science with a focus on forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in time series analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
• Advanced experience with AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, S3, EC2, Lambda) and cloud-based AI services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Studio).
• Experience in designing and deploying generative AI models using Python and LlamaIndex, with familiarity in frameworks like LangChain.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing innovative AI solutions and working with vector databases.
Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Great to Have:
• Familiarity with deep learning techniques for time series forecasting (e.g., LSTM, GRU).
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark.
• Experience with Llamaindex and LlamaCpp.
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks like Lang Graph and Crew.AI.
