Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is \(132,000.00 - \)198,065.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on various factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. This range does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Qualifications
• Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of work experience in software development, machine learning, and data management
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytic systems and machine learning applications
• 4+ publications or presentations in recognized journals or conferences
• Proven mentoring experience with junior data scientists or interns
Education Requirements
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics)
