In this position, the Client Relations Specialist will answer inbound calls, answer emails, troubleshoot with customers and provide information regarding products and services offered. Must be comfortable with computer use and a quick learner on picking up CRM and shipping programs. Assist management with various tasks. Ability to work Weekends when needed.

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and provide callers with information about products or services offered.
Process customer orders and maintain customer accounts.
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are shipped on time.
Communicate with the customer regarding any product or service complaints, orders, account questions, billing, or other inquiries in a timely manner.
Respond to any customer concerns; determine the problem and ensure a prompt resolution.
Requirements:
Client Relations experience required
Call center experience a plus
High School Graduate/ GED
Currently Enrolled College Student is a plus
Experience with CRM, FedEx, UPS, USPS shipping procedures
Able to prioritize and organize tasks to meet required deadlines
Up to $18 per hour/ depending on experience & qualifications
