So since I've started working in health care, my goal had really been to just really see what I wanted to do. So it took me probably two or three years to figure out, hey, you know, nursing is really the best for me. It's so flexible, and there's so many different avenues I can go to. And once I started going back to school, Providence, in every area that I worked, was so great with working with my schedule, with being super supportive in every single way. Like, "Yeah, you can do this. You're gonna be great." You know, I mean, et cetera. I mean, in every aspect, I felt like, man, I really can do this, and Providence has my back. Like, they know that I'd be a great asset, and they tell me that. And it makes me feel just great knowing that, you know, I have the support behind me.

This role is a remote role and can be located within the United States with the exception of the following states: CO, OH, NY, PA, HI, MA.
The Product Manager 2 combines user experience, business expectations, and technology to define and deliver products that delight the user base. The role provides simple elegant solutions to complex problems. This role works in a fast paced, evolving environment, with constant demands for better services. It requires strong problem resolution, decision making, communication, and partnering skills. This role acts as the primary relationship manager with business partners and stakeholders served by the product line, ensuring full engagement and communication, resolution of general issues and alignment of business and IT strategy for the product.

Essential Functions:

For direct patient care roles: Performs and maintains currency of essential competencies as required by specific area of hire and populations served.

Ability to describe technical solutions in customer language in a way that informs, persuades, and engages the audience, leveraging mutually defined criteria for success.

Define roadmap that includes product features that bring the product vision to life and is easily understood across organizational leaders, partners, and users.

Demonstrated experience in identifying systems dependencies and report changes. Work effectively across disciplines and organizational boundaries to gain timely closure on decisions that impact own project/solution/portfolio. Ability to ask the right questions to resolve issues and applies creative solutions to meet project objectives.

Define the blueprint of ‘what’, ‘when’, and ‘why’ for product features.
•
Understands user base, define, and use personas to articulate and prioritize pain points and opportunities.
•
Responsible for drafting product epics and features
•
Responsible for gathering, transforming, analyzing, and communicating data in such a manner that supports effective prioritization and decision-making.
•
Ability to transform business use case into the team understandable lanagauge. Ability to break the business case into smaller pieces that team would develop in a iterative manner
•
Understanding of and ability to use SDLC methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. Or 12 years of equivalent work experience.
• 3 years Product Management experience with mid to large size organizations building enterprise grade applications and experiences.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master's Degree.
• within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Product Manager Certification, Safe.
• 3 years SQL, Cloud, Visual Studio, Power BI, PowerPoint, ADO or other tools.
