Job Summary
The B2B Sales Support Associate will be responsible for providing essential support to the sales team, ensuring the efficient operation of sales processes, and delivering exceptional service to business clients. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who can effectively assist in managing customer relationships and administrative tasks to help drive sales and revenue growth.
What Will You Be Doing?
Sales Generation:
• Pursue new business opportunities through inbound leads.
• Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective clients.
• Support B2B function with prospecting as bandwidth allows.
Account Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction to secure repeat business.
• Respond to organic inbound inquiries from email inquiries and B2B landing page project requests from customers interested in new bulk orders or B2B relationships.
• Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective clients.
Sales Strategy:
• Assist with implementing effective sales strategies for inbound leads in order to achieve and exceed sales targets for team goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to align sales strategies and account management with company goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats as required.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders.
Sales Processing and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Set up and manage large scale orders for B2B and high-value customers
• Digitally edit photos to ensure the best possible result for Fracture’s Happiness Guarantee
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of B2B and bulk orders by communicating with Fracture’s Production, Finance, Technology, and Customer Support teams
• Coordinate with Fracture’s Finance team to determine pricing, send invoices, and track payment of B2B and bulk orders.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the B2B Sales Manager and marketing team to offer ideas for promotional campaigns as required.
• Coordinate with the product development and customer service teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
• Aid in improving and refining support processes for B2B and high-value customers
• Embody the values of the Fracture brand through a commitment to the ethical and sustainable use of environmental resources in and out of the workplace.
Competencies and Requirements
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, customer-client relationship interaction, or customer service focusing on high-value customers, accounts, or prospects
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales or customer success targets
• Intermediate to advanced experience with a CRM or help desk software (like HelpScout, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.)
SKILLS:
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication, business professional, interpersonal and organizational skills; including an excellent command of the English language.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong inter-departmental communication
• Strong documentation and record-keeping
• Written communication skills in varied tones and applications (with email writing specifically important)
• Conflict resolution in a service context
